Floor Plan

Here is the basic floor plan of our home. We have made minor changes such as adding a fireplace to the family/living, extra sink to the powder room, doors to the media and an L shaped island bench. There will also be a 45x3000mm jut out on the media room to satisfy council preferences, and a grande alfresco. We are also knocking out the brick pier between the stacker doors to the alfresco to create a more open space.

Facade

We chose the Balinese Resort Facade. We love the timber detailing and pop out windows, as well as the two columns at the front. Our facade will have the garage on the left side.

      Thanks so much Brett! We are so glad we got to build the chesterfield before MDJ discontinued the design. It felt right from the moment we walked in the door of the display home :)

    This is a fantastic layout and i love your selections. Do you mind sharing with me the the total width and depth (excluding patio and eaves)

      Hi Steven,
      Thank you, I knew the chesterfield was the layout for us as soon as I stepped into the display home.

      It is 15m wide excluding eaves and 20m long excluding the alfresco pop out.
